By downloading, installing, or using FontPop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
FontPop is an iOS app and keyboard extension that allows you to type using various stylized Unicode font styles, browse and use emoji with skin tone support, and customize your keyboard with themes featuring particle effects and animations.
The App offers both free and premium content. Free users have access to a selection of fonts, themes, and core keyboard features. Additional fonts, themes, and effects are available through a FontPop Premium subscription.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use FontPop. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
FontPop Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:
Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
FontPop may offer a free trial period for new subscribers on select plans. During the free trial, you have full access to FontPop Premium features at no charge.
If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged the applicable subscription price. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per user per subscription product.
You can cancel a free trial at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation during the trial period will not result in any charges.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a FontPop Premium subscription before the trial expires.
FontPop provides a set of fonts, themes, and features at no cost. Premium content, including additional fonts, themes, and particle effects, requires an active FontPop Premium subscription.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will lose access to premium fonts, premium themes, and particle effects. The App will revert to the free tier, which includes a limited selection of fonts and themes. Your preferences and settings will be preserved, but any active premium theme will be reset to a free theme until you resubscribe.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and your subscription tier. This license does not grant you ownership of any content, code, designs, themes, or effects within the App.
The App, including its design, themes, particle effects, user interface, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of FontPop and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unicode characters used for font transformations are part of the Unicode Standard and are not proprietary to FontPop. You retain ownership of all text content you create using the App and are solely responsible for how you use that content.
FontPop includes a custom keyboard extension. All text processing and font transformations happen entirely on your device. FontPop does not access, collect, store, or transmit anything you type. Full Access is used solely to synchronize your theme and preference settings between the main app and the keyboard extension.

FontPop uses third-party services including Google Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics, and Apple Analytics for crash reporting and anonymous usage data. By using the App, you acknowledge that these services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
You agree not to:
FontPop uses Unicode characters that may not display correctly on all platforms, devices, or applications. We do not guarantee that styled text will appear as intended across all systems.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests. If your access is terminated, any active subscription will continue to be managed through Apple and you may cancel it through your Apple ID account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The following terms apply to users who download the App from the Apple App Store. These terms are required by Apple and supplement the sections above. In the event of any conflict between these Apple-specific terms and any other provision of this Agreement, these Apple-specific terms will control.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Logic Phase LLC only, and not with Apple. Logic Phase LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The terms of this Agreement will govern any content, materials, or services accessible from or purchased within the App, as well as upgrades provided by Logic Phase LLC that replace or supplement the original App, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate agreement.
Logic Phase LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Logic Phase LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Logic Phase LLC.
You and Logic Phase LLC acknowledge that Logic Phase LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Logic Phase LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, if your employer or school has a policy about which apps can be installed on a device they provide or manage, you must follow that policy when installing or using the App. Your agreements with other parties remain your responsibility.
You and Logic Phase LLC acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
